Motions to Reopen

Attorney Helping You File Motions to Reopen and Appeals

Was your adjustment of status denied by USCIS? Do you believe your case was wrongly decided in the Immigration Court, or the Board of Immigration Appeals? While your situation may seem hopeless, you do have options. A skilled immigration lawyer can stand up for your rights and fight to have your case reopened, or appealed.

You must always act immediately to reopen or appeal a case. Do not delay in seeing an attorney about this.

Since 1986, I have been helping immigrants in Santa Rosa, California, and beyond as they fight to make sure they get the justice they deserve in the immigration courts. You can trust me to protect your rights and do everything in my power to keep your family intact. I am licensed to practice in immigration courts in every state.

You need the help of an experienced immigration lawyer. Call 707-623-1153 or toll free 866-472-5526 to schedule a free initial consultation. Se Habla Espanol.

You Have 30 Days to Appeal

If your case has been closed by a final order in Immigration Court, you have 30 days to file an appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals.

If the Board of Immigration Appeals denies your appeal, you have 30 days to file an appeal with the United States Court of Appeals.

What I Need From You

Do you want to pursue a motion to reopen your case, or an appeal? If so, I need access to all relevant documents and some time to get things in order before your case. Due to the time constraints of the appeals process, it is extremely important for you to contact me as soon as possible to schedule a free initial consultation.

I am available Monday through Saturday for consultations. Se Habla Espanol.
