Using the Power of the Law to Keep Families Together
At my office in Santa Rosa, California, I practice law, and I seek justice for my clients. My goal since opening my practice in 1986 has been to use the power of the law to help my clients find the best solutions to their legal problems.
I practice in immigration courts in all states, and have earned the trust and respect of the government agencies and adversaries I have come across in the legal system.

My Personal Story
The reason I became a lawyer is simple: I want to help people secure their rights, seek freedom and bring hope to their families. My father’s family found hope and a new life in Sonoma County. He became a teacher at Petaluma High School after going to college on the GI Bill after World War II. I was raised in Sonoma County and attended Petaluma High School before moving on to Santa Rosa Junior College, Sonoma State University and Empire School of Law.
My interest in the law started when I interviewed attorney David Luce for a school assignment at the age of 11. Twenty five years later he taught me in law school. Eventually, my son-in-law’s plight as an immigrant from El Salvador drew me to immigration law. Today he is a U.S. citizen.
Proud to Call the North Coast Home
I live here. My grandparents lived out their final years here. My parents, sister and my children live here. My grandchildren live here. I have worked in the vineyards and nurseries here. My wife and I are proud to call California’s North Coast home.
Now, my goal is to make sure other families are given the same opportunity to work hard and achieve the American dream, wherever they live. Contact me today to schedule a free initial consultation.
